General description of the position:
Expert in improving decentralised/indirect management of EU funds (IPARD programme)

Place of Performance - Cat. II (>6 years of experience)
Qualifications and skills required:
University degree with minimum 3 years of studies, attested by a diploma (i.e. Bachelor's degree), preferably in economics, law, finance, political science or public administration. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience
General professional experience:
Minimum 6 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field of management of EU funds
Specific professional experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in strengthening the capacity of national bodies and institutions within the system for dealing with the management of EU pre-accession assistance related to IPARD programmes in the area of management and control systems and financial management. Previous experience in at least one EU funded project in the area of IPARD programmes implementation is an advantage. Experience in managing within the national bodies and institutions in the system for decentralised / indirect management of EU pre-accession assistance related to IPARD programmes is an advantage.
Language skills: At least C1 level in English
Number of working days: 90 days
