Place of Performance - Cat. II (>6 years of experience)

Qualifications and skills required:
University degree with minimum 3 years of studies (i.e. Bachelor's degree), preferably in engineering, law, economics, finance, political science or public administration attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience

General professional experience:
Minimum 6 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field EU funds management

Specific professional experience:
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field of contract management and dispute resolutions within the system of management of EU funds; experience with FIDIC contracts would be an asset.
- Experience in at least 2 capacity-building projects in the field of strengthening the capacity of national bodies and institutions within the system of EU funds management assistance in the area of public procurement and contract management.

Language skills: At least C1 level in English
