General description of the position: Procurement/project management expert

Expert category:
Place of Performance - Cat. II (>6 years of experience)

Qualifications and skills required:
University degree with minimum 3 years of studies, attested by a diploma (i.e. Bachelor's degree), preferably in law, economics, finance, political science or public administration. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience

General professional experience:
Minimum 6 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field of management of EU funds

Specific professional experience:
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field of public procurement and contract management within the system of EU funds; experience in the area of IMBC will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in at least 2 projects in the field of strengthening the capacity of national bodies and institutions in the area of public procurement and contract management within the system for EU funds.

Language skills: At least C1 level in English
