General description of the position:
Quality Assurance and Quality Control Expert

Expert category:
Place of Performance - Cat. II (>6 years of experience)

Qualifications and skills required:
University degree with minimum 3 years of studies (i.e. Bachelor's degree) attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience

General professional experience: 
Minimum 6 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field of EU funds management

Specific professional experience:
- Experience in at least 1 capacity-building project, preparing national bodies/institutions/departments within the system for EU funds management in the area of public procurement and/or quality control;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in capacity building for establishing quality assurance system in the area of procurement in the context of management of structural funds and/or pre- accession assistance;
- Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in performing ex- post controls of projects.

Language skills: At least C1 level in English

Number of working days: 160 days
