General description of the position:
Irregularity Management Expert

Expert category:
Place of Performance - Cat. II (>6 years of experience)

Qualifications and skills required:
University degree with a minimum of 3 years of studies (i.e., Bachelor's degree), preferably in law, economics, finance, political science, public administration or social science attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience

General professional experience:
Minimum 6 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field of EU funds management

Specific professional experience:
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in the field of irregularity management, including the identification, assessment and/or reporting of irregularities in the context of EU funds management; involvement in the design and/or implementation of strategic documents in the field of irregularity management in compliance with EU standards and regulations will be considered an asset;
- Experience in working with EU regulations and procedures related to the management of irregularities;
- Experience in minimum 1 capacity-building project in the field of strengthening the capacity of national bodies and institutions, in the field of management of irregularities within the framework of management of EU funds.

Language skills: At least C1 level in English
