General description of the position:
Tendering expert for works contract

Expert category:
Place of Performance - Cat. II (>6 years of experience)

Qualifications and skills required:
University degree with minimum 3 years of studies (i.e. Bachelor's degree), preferably in engineering, law, economics, finance, political science or public administration, attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience

General professional experience:
Minimum 6 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field of management of EU funds

Specific professional experience:
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in the field of public procurement and works contract management in Contracting Authorities, within the system of EU funds, with a focus on works tender preparation in line with applicable rules; experience with FIDIC contracts would be an asset.
- Experience in at least 1 capacity-building project in the field of strengthening the capacity of national bodies and institutions within the system for EU funds in the area of public procurement and contract management.

Language skills: At least C1 level in English
